BACKGROUND We need 1 in 5 (20%)
Rotarians in California to have a Rotary License Plate in order to reach 7,500.
If we don't reach 7,500, then no license plates will be made!
GOAL: To have 20% of all members in every club in California with a Rotary
License Plate (so we can reach the 7,500). Look at the results as of
